How to Order
Please either complete the attached order form or simply email us the information requested in the order form.

Upon receipt of your order form or email we will contact you (generally within 1-2 business days) to confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed we will send you a tax invoice. Upon receipt of payment your selected image/s will be printed.
Methods of Payment
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- electronic funds transfer;
- direct deposit; and,
- cheque
Print Sizes
Prints are available in 4 sizes - Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL). The size of each print is determined by the dimension of the longest side.

Print information
All our images are professionally printed on Kodak Professional Endura Paper. All prints are archival quality.
All prints are individually produced to maintain the highest level of quality.
All prints are a metallic finish unless otherwise requested. Metallic prints provide a unique metallic look with eye catching appeal.
Delivery information
All prints are wrapped in acid free paper and packed into a hard cardboard cylinder to guarantee safe delivery. Orders are delivered by Australia Post or their international equivalent, eg: United States Postal Service.
All orders are sent via registered post.
Australia wide delivery time is 1-2 weeks from receipt of your payment.
Please contact us for international delivery timeframes and charges.
If your order arrives damaged in any way please contact us immediately. Please ensure you keep the packing material in which your order arrived.
Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the same condition in which it was received.
Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.
